Speed Darlington went online to explain his difficulty after a video of him getting into an open battle with an Okada rider became a web sensation.
The web sensation said that he put a bandage on his hand in the wake of being cut by a ceiling fan at the home of a family friend, hen made his way to Computer Village in Ikeja to fix his cell phone which tumbled from his hand when the fan cut him.
However, on the way, police officers saw him and looked through his bag where they found Indian hemp, to Speed Darlington’s surprise. He said the police requested 500,000 Naira so as to free him.
He arranged and they agreed on 200,000 Naira.
