In our entertainment space you would be surprised at the number of celebrities who have become masters of their crafts and famous, but one tiny information about them that people do not know is that they have identical twins.

So therefore after a careful study and research I present to you 8 Nigerian celebrities who are identical twins.

1. Peter and Paul Okoye

Peter and Paul Okoye popularly known by their stage name as P-Square are famous Nigerian identical twins brothers and music legends. They were born on 18th November 1981 in Jos, Plateau State in the northern part of Nigeria. They are currently 38 years old. They both hails from Anambra State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. They are currently married with lovely kids. Peter and Paul Okoye attended St. Murumba Secondary School, a small Catholic school in Jos, Plateau State in the northern part of Nigeria. After which they got admitted into the University of Abuja and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Peter and Paul Okoye are currently identical twins brothers.

2. Nazim and Kalim Amokachi

Nazim and Kalim Amokachi are the twin’s sons to Nigerian former international footballer Daniel Amokachi who is currently married to a Tunisian woman. Nazim and Kalim Amokachi who are currently following their father’s footsteps in becoming footballers where born on 22nd June 1996 in Liverpool, United Kingdom.

They are currently 23 years old. Nazim and Kalim Amokachi currently play in a club in the United Kingdom known as JS Hercules as right winger and forward striker, a club in which their father Daniel Amokachi is the technical director. However, during an interview and press briefing Daniel Amokachi spoke of his desire to see his twin boys Nazim and Kalim Amokachi play for Nigerian national team in the nearest future. 3. Kehinde and Taiwo Bankole

Kehinde and Taiwo Bankole are identical twins sisters and multiple award winning Nollywood actress, model and television host known for their role in the Wale Adenuga’s production series “Super Story”. Kehinde and Taiwo Bankole made their entertainment debut in the 2003 Miss Commonwealth Nigeria beauty contest, after which they proceeded to the 2004 Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria pageant. In 2009, they won the Revelation of the Year at the 2009 Best of Nollywood Awards, two years after their first screen feature in Wale Adenuga’s Super Story. Kehinde and Taiwo Bankole studied at Olabisi Onabanjo University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication. After graduating from the university, they delved into modeling before finally settling for acting and TV hosting. Kehinde and Taiwo Bankole are currently identical twins sisters.

4. Blair and Clinton Roberts

Blair and Clinton Roberts popularly known as the DNA Twins are fast rising musicians, model and TV hosts. They were born on 16th June 1996 in Owerri, Imo State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. Blair and Clinton Roberts are from a polygamous home with eleven other siblings. They liked to sing and dance. After their graduation from the university they started their music career professionally.

They are currently signed to Mavin Records by Don Jazzy. They are also the host of Music Buzz at Africa Magic television channel. They first gained popularity all over Nigeria when they went to audition for the Glo X-Factor competition. An interesting thing about their participation was that they auditioned right after the final exams from secondary school. Kessiana and Eku Edewor were born in 1986 in London in the United Kingdom to a British father and Nigerian mother. Popular Nollywood actress in the Yoruba movie industry, Taiwo Aromokun, has a set of identical twins boys. The movie star announced the arrival of her identical twins boys via her social media platform. Reports say the actress had her identical twins boys at a hospital in London in the United Kingdom. According to her words; “I am truly blessed and highly favor. My people help me thank God, who has made me laugh and dance for joy again by giving me another double blessing of twins again. This time is identical twins boys. Abba father, I am grateful, I don’t know why you love me so much. Welcome my bundle of joy, God bless both of you for me in Jesus name,” she said. Few years ago, the actress married a Nigerian based in the Netherlands named Olayemi Abimbola, popularly known as Ogun of Holland. But the union allegedly crashed last year after the movie star relocated to the United Kingdom.

7. Kehinde and Eniola Ajao

Eniola Ajao and her twin sister Kehinde Ajoa are both Nigerian actress from Epe, Lagos State. They have acted in over 75 films. Eniola Ajao and her twin sister Kehinde Ajoa are the youngest siblings of their parents’ six children. While growing up they both attended Saint Michael’s Anglican Primary School and Army Secondary School both in Epe, Lagos State. After which they both attended Yaba College of Technology and University of Lagos where they both earned a Degree in Accounting. They both made their film debut in 2004. In 2015, they were nominated for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Yoruba-language film at the 2015 Best of Nollywood Awards.

8. Chidinma and Chidiebere Aneke

Chidinm a and Chidiebere Aneke are famous Nollywood identical twins actress, producers, models, entrepreneurs and television personalities. They are popularly known as the Aneke twins. They were born on 6th August 1986 in Enugu State in the south eastern part of Nigeria. They are currently 32 years old. Chidinma and Chidiebere Aneke completed both their primary and secondary school education in Enugu State in the south eastern part of Nigeria and obtained both their First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.

After completing their primary and secondary school education, Chidinma and Chidiebere Aneke proceeded to University of Nigeria Nsukka. Chidinma Aneke graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication while Chidiebere Aneke graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance.

In 1999, Chidinma and Chidiebere Aneke joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) and acted in their first movie “Ebuka” a movie that gave them an advantage in Nollywood. In 2004, Chidinma and Chidiebere Aneke rose to fame after starring in the Nollywood blockbuster movie “Desperate Twins” a movie that brought them to limelight and earned them a nomination for Most Promising Acts to Watch at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards.
