A Nigerian lady known as Okechukwu Ella Ada, has called for the release of Ramon Abbas aka Hushpuppi, a suspected fraudster arrested in Dubai.
In a viral video, Ada cried bitterly, saying she will kill herself if her future husband, Hushpuppi is not released.
Hushpuppi, known for flaunting his wealth on social media, was arrested in June 2020 for allegedly defrauding a bank, Premier League club and the US of over $100 million.
The lady urged Nigerians to intervene, saying;
”I call upon you my fellow Nigerians, are you guys going to sit down dear and watch my future husband route in jail? It’s unfair, it’s unfair
If they dump him down Who is going to marry me? Please you people should do something about this case. I cannot watch my future husband route in jail.
I am going to kill myself if you people don’t know to do something about this case. Free Hushuppi. He did nothing. You guys should free Hushuppi. I will kill myself if you people don’t want to do anything about this case.”
