They are known for various things and some are known to have mind blowing powers. However, the most widely recognized and powerful one has been noted to be this tree known as ‘Anunuebe’ by certain individuals while others call it ‘Nnunuebe’.
It goes path back and generally normal in Igbo land. Many aged people who know about this tree has a lot to say about it. There are numerous secrets and powers in this world and this tree is one of them.

One would ask why this tree is viewed as not the same as different trees and why it’s considered to be the evilest and powerful tree in Igbo land.
It is because it possesses a lot of supernatural powers and caution is taken before it can be approached. It is seen as an evil tree. It grows in thick forests. Just as the name implies ‘nnunuebe’, birds avoid this tree, and any that perches on it dies.
Likewise, before anyone can go near the tree, the individual special fortification if not can lead to an untimely death.

Other mysteries associated with the tree is that its leaves can never touch the ground while still green.
Somethings are best believed even without being seen, and that incorporates this tree. it’s evil while others say it’s powerful.
