A video making rounds online captured moment a thief ran into the ocean to escape getting arrested by the Sierra Leonean police.
In the video shared online, some police officers were seen making efforts to get into the ocean to effect his arrest.
A man who recorded the incident said it occurred in Freetown. Watch the video below;
