The Lagos State government on Saturday gave new rules for the Reopening of markets and shopping centers as a part of effort to check the spread of coronavirus in the state.

The state Commissioner for Local Government and Community Affairs, Dr. Grain Ahmed, said in an explanation that the rules were essential.

He said that issuance of the rules followed Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s declaration on the progressive facilitating of the lockdown from Monday, read more news here.

Ahmed said that all business sectors and stores in the different nearby government regions and neighborhood chamber advancement zones in the state would be permitted to open from 9: 00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. on chose days.
