Former Senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani has outlined ways government can secure schools in the north.
In a tweet shared after 334 schoolboys who were abducted from a secondary school in Kankara community of Katsina state were freed, Shehu Sani wrote;
How to protect Schools in Northern Nigeria;Abolish boarding schools in rural areas,Drill students & Teachers on emergency security measures,Create a special security unit for schools,Build perimeter walls around schools,Install CCTV & alarm systems in schools,Intensify prayers.
