President Muhammadu Buhari, on Sunday, facilitated the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 at the State House.
This was affirmed by one of the president’s media associates, Bashir Ahmaad, on Twitter, read more.
Ahmaad shared pictures from the gathering and composed:
“President @MBuhari receives briefing from the Presidential Task Force on COVID–19, led by SGF, Mr. Boss Mustapha, today at the State House, Abuja.”
The Task Force headed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, visited Buhari to refresh him on their advancement in containing the pandemic.
The president on May 4, loosened up a five-week absolute lockdown in Lagos, Abuja and Ogun State.
Tomorrow, Monday, May 18, will make it fourteen days since Buhari settled on the choice.
The PTF at various occasions, have communicated their disappointment at how Nigerians have neglected to stick to the rules for halfway lockdown.
It is accepted that the gathering today, was to survey the consistence level and choose systems pushing ahead.
