Ondo State part of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said it has begun setting up every single essential measure to stop vote-purchasing in the up and coming election.
The electoral umpire expressed that it started with a large voters’ education campaign across the state.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner, Rufus Akeju, who spoke on Tuesday at training in Akure, said the election will be credible and conclusive.
Rufus Akeju said the commission is ready for the upcoming election.
Residents of Ondo State are set to head the polls in October to vote for a new governor.
