A group, the World Igbo Peoples Assembly (WIPAS), on Thursday said it would raise N500 million to guarantee somebody from the Southeast is chosen President in 2023.
Its representative, Chief Emeka Nwachukwu, said it was long past due for the Igbo to create a President.
