World Igbo Peoples Assembly (WIPAS) To Raise N500m For 2023 Presidency

A group, the World Igbo Peoples Assembly (WIPAS), on Thursday said it would raise N500 million to guarantee somebody from the Southeast is chosen President in 2023.
