Former presidential aide and social commentator Reno Omokri has blasted Nigerians for joining forces to raise over $15,000 for former Big Brother Naija housemate, Erica, after her eviction.
Reno Omokri is fumed with anger over the way Nigerians invested efforts to raising such an amount of money within 5 hours as donation to Erica but will not put up any resistance against President Buhari’s governance following the fuel price hikes and electricity cost.
The book author argued on social media that Nigerians act spontaneous to things that are irrelevant but will look up to others to embark on the relevant ones.

“In 5 hours, Nigerians raised $15,000 for #BBNaija’s Erica. In 5 days, the same Nigerians have not been able to raise any resistance to General Buhari’s increase of fuel and electricity costs.
If you talk, some Nigerians will say come and lead the protest. Who led them to raise a record breaking $15,000 in 5 hours? We can act spontaneously for irrelevancies, but we are looking for others to act for us on relevant things! Nigeria deserves General Buhari!”
